This notice covers personal information submitted through the PRHN Growth enquiry form.
What we collect
Your name, email, optional business name, optional phone number, optional website, preferred response method, and the business context you choose to provide. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical signals to reduce automated abuse.
Why we collect it
PRHN uses this information only to record, review, and respond to your enquiry; maintain a record of that conversation; protect the form from abuse; and meet applicable legal obligations. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing email.
Service providers
The form is hosted through Vercel. Enquiry records are stored using Google Firebase/Firestore. Transactional messages are sent through Resend. Abuse protection is provided by Cloudflare. These providers may process information outside Canada under their own security and contractual controls.
Retention
Unconverted enquiry records are scheduled for deletion after 12 months. Information may be kept longer when an enquiry becomes a client relationship, when required by law, or while an access or correction request is unresolved.
Your choices
You may ask what personal information PRHN holds about you, request a correction, withdraw consent where applicable, or request deletion subject to legal and contractual limits. Email hello@prhn.solutions.
Safeguards and questions
Access is limited to people and service providers who need the information for the stated purposes. If you have a privacy concern, contact hello@prhn.solutions so it can be investigated and answered.
